{"id":5599,"date":"2021-09-21T13:26:08","date_gmt":"2021-09-21T10:26:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lunamora.com.tr\/?page_id=11"},"modified":"2026-06-14T20:07:23","modified_gmt":"2026-06-14T20:07:23","slug":"refund_returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lunamora.com.tr\/en\/refund_returns\/","title":{"rendered":"RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GENERAL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers who place orders online through the Lunamora website are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract regarding the products offered for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DELIVERY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are prepared and shipped after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times may vary depending on volume, public holidays, and delays caused by shipping companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchased product will be delivered to the address specified in the order, complete and undamaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BUYER&#039;S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer should check the package upon delivery and should not accept damaged or opened packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product received is considered to be in good condition and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be in a resalable condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipped in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be complete, including all accessories if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RETURN CONDITIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return requests must be submitted to us via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the approved return items reach us, they will be inspected, and if found suitable, the refund will be processed via the payment method used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the banks&#039;
